Terms and Conditions
1. No Refund Once You Are Added to Class
All goods or services purchased from Language Academy KE are non-refundable once a learner has been added to a class, unless otherwise stated in writing by the company.
This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to online classes, coaching, digital materials, and test preparation programs.
2. No Substitution or Learning on Behalf of Another Person
Once a learner drops out, becomes inactive, or is absent for two (2) weeks or more, no other person is allowed to continue learning on their behalf using the same registration.
Each enrollment is strictly personal and non-transferable.
If a different learner wishes to join, a fresh registration and payment are required.
3. Change of Preferred English Test
The learner is required to inform Language Academy KE of all information relevant to the establishment and continuation of the learning relationship.
This includes, but is not limited to, any change in the learner's preferred English Proficiency Test (IELTS, OET, PTE, etc.).
Where such a change affects the training structure, the learner will be required to pay afresh.
4. Online Test Integrity & Examination Conduct
All English Proficiency Test training and mock tests conducted online must be completed by the registered learner only.
Any form of:
Impersonation
Use of another person during lessons or assessments
Recording, sharing, or distributing test materials
will lead to IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF SERVICES WITHOUT REFUND.
